Even though the girls are pretty proficient swimmers, it is always nice to have an instructor help them reinforce their skills and learn some new tricks.

Big Sis worked on her various strokes, learned to dive and mastered the canon ball off the diving board into the deep end.

Little Sister was taught the various strokes, practiced front and back floats, mastered doggie paddling and was introduced to the deep end.

With the help of a life jacket.

They both had a ball, which was the most important part of the experience. 

 

And Mommy enjoyed an hour by myself sitting on a lounge chair in the shade gettin' my library book on.
