the best laid plans

We were supposed to meet friends at the park for a picnic. But when it poured cats & dogs for two days straight, we switched to meeting friends at the indoor play park. Then the two days of rain stopped, but not before causing flash flooding in the area; the road to the indoor play park was not drivable.

So we came home and road our bikes together, stopping at a miraculously dry playground along the way, just us three girls.

And I'm so happy we did.
