Four whole years ago...

...this spectacular bundle of energy (and colic) was welcomed into this world.
Never a dull moment with this gal, I tell ya.
Ever opinionated, sometimes sassy, decidedly feminine, and a spunky dresser, she is our favorite little sister in the entire world.
How could one whole year have just flown by in the blink of an eye? Or four whole years, for that matter?
Little Sister is adventurous and eager to try new things. Except for lunch. Always, always, a peanut butter and strawberry cream cheese sandwich with carrot sticks, raisins, milk and crackers. And half a banana when she's super hungry.
Also, if baked goods are involved, she turns into a Hobbit with a hollow leg. Second breakfast and elevensies, etc.
There is no simple way to put into words how much we love this girl; how blessed we feel to be her parents, how grateful we are for the opportunity to raise her, how much we adore her personality, and all that adds to our family. We feel this way about both our girls. We just... love them. Very, very much.

Happy 4th Birthday, Little Sis. Our greatest wish for you is to grow up healthy, happy, self-assured, productive, kind, generous and compassionate. We wish you to confidently know just how loved and special you are. You are the world to us.
