I took part in a cookie exchange this year. I brought 4.5 dozen spritz, and returned home with a variety of delectable cookies: sugar, chocolate and mint chip, white chocolate and cranberry, oatmeal choc. chip, eggnog sugar, chocolate-choc. peanut butter heavenlies, apple caramel cookies and these chocolate dipped saltine things that melted in my mouth.
The lady who made the sugar cookies also included a little icing for decorating. Smart lady!
I'm thinking a cookie exchange should occur to celebrate all major holidays, no? Maybe Memorial Day and St. Patrick's Day, too?
The girls decorated one each for dessert (for a few nights).
Big Sister told me, "That's the best. dessert. EVER."
