Trick or Treat!

We started the evening with friends coming over for a yummy supper of spaghetti and meatballs.

Then we got the kiddos changed and took our precious little goblins out together.

They were so genuinely excited to dress up. And collect candy from neighbors, too, of course.

Angelina Ballerina, complete with fuzzy white mousling ears and tail. At least four times while we were trick-or-treating, Little Sis turned to me and said, "Mommy! I'm Angelina Ballerina!!"

Did I mention Snow White's ballgown came from Ebay... for $15... in late August... Sometimes it pays to plan ahead a little bit, hm?

And regardless, Big Sister felt like a princess wearing it. She had a blast. We all did, really.

When their pumpkin buckets were 3/4 full, they told us we should go home because the buckets are getting too heavy. Good plan, kids!

We said our goodbyes, brushed teeth, got into PJ's and read The Runaway Pumpkin for the bajillionth time this month. It's a family favorite!

Okay, off to inspect the pumpkins for any chocolate that may look half-spoiled.

Happy Halloween!
