Generally, on our way home from a weekend in Phoenix we try to hit the Costco in Tucson for a few items. While our Commissary privileges help us keep our grocery budget on track, Costco is great for Kirkland items in bulk and we prefer their meat selection, all comparably priced.
Last weekend we purchased some salmon, or as Big Sister calls it, "pink fish."
A few nights later I whipped up some baked salmon with lemon and a bread/pecan and herb crumb topping, with spinach risotto and fresh steamed green beans. If you think that looks fabulous, you should see my tablescape....
